Self discipline VS Self regret

" To accept Christ is to accept a call to constant and even cataclysmic change in who you are and in how you think and respond to those around you. To embrace Christ is to embrace inspection and change, to embrace renewal and transformation both humbly and dauntlessly. To embrace the idea that you are flawed and that these flaws are trampling your relationships with God and others.

...You have a call-and alot is riding on your response to this call. You also have a choice, a choice between self discipline or self -regret. Will you embrace hard-work and self-discipline of change,or will you meander the wide, easy way to mediocrity? You have no out because there's no third option.

You must choose one or the other. But before you choose, let me remind you that the pain of self-discipline lasts only a short time, while the pain of regret last the rest of your life."
