Here's what im been busy with lately.
Gave a shot at "creation", had a foretaste to how to create from stratch. From picturing how things would be like, to cleaning up the mess of my tank, to buying the stuff to have the best environment for my fishes, to setting up of the equipment....haha.
I may not grasp the depth and the magnitude of the entire libary of God's creation work, but i guess i understood some principals behind it as i went through my little hands-on experience of creating my own aquarium.
As i began to plan what i want, picturing it in my mind how everything will look like, researching the best and most suitable plants and fishes to be put into the tank inorder to have the best results...i understood how God must have felt. He chose and made man, unqiue on this earth...not for the pure fun of seeing us suffer, and die. But to see us strife in His care, to be healthy and growing, to grow into beautiful beings that's breathtaking to behold. God is good.
Secondly, i understood that... God is my provider. No matter how busy i may be, no matter what mood i may be in...i will not leave them to starve and die. Doesn't mean im around them all the time, but i've done too much and i love them enough...i'll feed them with abundance till they're full and satisfied. They dont have to fight to survive, they rest under the provision of my lordship. In fact, overfeeding them may cause them to die faster than i know it.
There's something interesting i discovered, no matter how thoughtful i am, how generous i am in feeding them with as much as they would eat, how much love i have toward them... everytime i stuck my hands into the tank to clean, to remove debris, to add decor, to improve their dwelling place...THEY RUN into hiding! It occured to me, how Man have been running away from the hand of God too. We hate His discipline and we run away from it, in the bubble of our comfort zone, even though we know its good for our soul. Silly fishes, I had to do that because i had to-to bless them, not to torture them! Similarly, God's goal in disciplining us is not to crash us..but to build us up.
Also, like God...my desire for them is to "be fruitful and multiply!" TO increase, to grow, to mature, to be capable of being productive... to fill the entire tank so much so its glorious to behold! After all I had done so much work, so that it will florish and i would recieve glory for it in the end what... That's God's will for us too-to give Him glory, to be grateful and thankful for everything He has done.
God's good, and He never fails us.
Don't worry!
