Will your anchor hold, in the storms of life.
Where the clouds are tossed by the winds of strife.
Would it stand upright against the strong tides,
Or would it be bent, in compromise?
When the arrows of doubt, so many are shot.
Till they cover the sun, refraining the light.
Would you rather fighti n its shade upright
Or would you be bent, on your knees, in compromise?
Would your anchor hold, by the heavenly shores...
Or would it drift and part, without a soul?
There're just somethings in life, that's more important than life itself.
What marks a true man, from the sea of men in this world?
The one who upholds his values, morals, convictions and love more than he values his life. His loyalty is not to many, but one. He holds on tightly to integrity, and never leaves without it. His eyes doesnt stray to the sideroads-the easy way out. He stay passionate and commited to his love, giving all that he has to it, rather then trying to get the whole world to feed his lust. He steps out and takes his role as a king and priest wherever he goes. He prefers to stand up tall, strong and upright then shrink and retreat in the face of fear and doubt. He withdrew himself to pray to his Father. He has compassion on the poor and sick. He holds on to his beliefs more firmly then he does with his life. He bears his own cross on calvary-the road to letting go and letting God take control. The nailsmarks on his hands, are his declaration of love. He alone gets crucify, for freedom, for justice, for hope, for love..
This one is a man of Christ, like Christ Himself.
It is for freedom that we must fight in this life. To stay free, to remain free for the rest of eternity. To fight for hope. So that every tomorrow is gona be a better day. This is the cause that we give ourselves to, even till death we must fight. To fight for love. The freedom of our loved ones who are yet to be freed. For our freedom, for our children's freedom, for our land... and for the freedom of everyone else who are bound, while we still can. We must.
Not all of us are called to the battlefront, but all our us are called for this cause-for freedom. we all are significant in this warfare, which isn't in flesh and blood, of the heart and soul.
There're just some things in life which are more important than life itself!
Would stand and fight for our King-for this cause which we all are called...or would you rather bend your knees and bow, in compromise for your lust?
It takes a true man, who would willingly inconvenient, uncomfort and endangers himself, to make that choice. Life's full of choices, the narrow path or the easy way out. Narrow is the path that leads life. The abundant, the free and the empowered life. By grace, we are empowered to live it, walk it and follow through it.
All of us are guards. We are to guard our heart and our mind. Refusing to let there be an open door for the enemy to enter. Compromise is deadly. A complacent guard,is a fool who leaves the door wide open. Keep that door closed!
The options are many, but obvious and simple. The roads are wide, easy to walk, but we choose to scale the streneous uphill climb.
In this battle of freedom we must.
For freedom. For love. For hope.
We must.
