as He gave Himself in sacrifice;
hung alone to the cross and lifted high,
He showed us what love really mean.
"Father, why have you forsaken Me?"
was one of His cry,
While His Abba hid His face;
unable to see His flawless son,
be made a worthless slave.
His character helped Him to withstand the pressures,
as He walked through the cold dark grave.
He took hold of the authority that was lost,
and returned in the power of the Spirit, again.
the 40 days of trial helped Him,
as He learnt to deal with the deceits of the devil;
He went on and face the greatest trial that man would ever see.
wilderness period prepared Jesus with a backbone of steel.
and that's why God leads us to go throught them.
Even Jesus has to go through the wilderness season...

Tribulations and trials produces perserverence;
and in perserverence, character;
and in character,hope.
And FAITH is the substances of things HOPED for.
