Man without vision has no incentive to advance forward in life. Their eyes are fixed on the past, while they dig on the same spot. Slowly but surely, they sink deeper into the pit of bitterness, unforgiveness and many more other influences. They longer they spend their time and effort digging the memories of yesterday, the hard they find it to climb out to face the giant of tomorrow.
As they remain in the bottom of the pit, where little or no light can shine in, crying out in self pity over what had happened and how badly they had suffered in life... they lose their ability to see and hear from God. The illumination in their minds and souls begun to darken, as they have lost hope, which is one essential ingredient for one to have faith.
BUT even though the pit may be deep, the love of God runs deeper still! There's no pit do deep, that the love of Jesus cant reach...
As God's love begun to draw us, the walls and barriers in our hearts begins to melt and our hearts eventually give way to the King of kings.
Salvation is not just a mere act of faith. It's a process, requiring time and much cultivation. What's impt is not that we quickly climb out of the pit and immediately build our house (our dreams, our desires, our visions). But taking the slow and painful steps of allowing God to deal with the open wounds. To let God fill our pit with His love, allowing His presence to heal us and mend us and to build our foundations;so that we may build higher up!
The bible teaches us to dig deep and build our foundations-so that our house can stand on stones (upon unwavering convictions) and not on sandy grounds.
WHEN the storms of life come, it would surely stand tall and stable, able to resist every challange and pressure that comes its ways.
INVEST your time today, to let God deal with the issues u have in your pit and make right all that was done in the secret...spend time building your foundations!
So that you'll have a set of strong convictions (NOT religious legalistics restrictions), Character of gold and a pure and righteous lifestyle... to face the storms of tomorrow's battle.
To conquer your mountain of the challenges of tomorrow,
You should start preparing NOW!
In Christ, You're not just a conqueror...but MORE than a conqueror!
