good news, part II

It's amazing how God is so timely. He's a rewarder to those who deligently seek Him. Really encouraged to see how God came through for me in certain areas of my life.

I thought that morning was great, till evening came and it was even better. Managed to find closure in an area where i had previously struggled with emotionally. But its finally over now. The chapter has closed and a new chapter begins now through God's grace.

Went down to riverwalk in the afternoon to take some pictures for my personal testimony. I'm simply so excited for it. A pleasant surprise, i didn't expect to get in. I did! haha. I can feel the butterflies in the stomach now, just by thinking about it. Argh.

Reaching the summit!

Imagine climbing nonstop in the quest to overcome the summit of the mountain that stand before you. During the strenuous process, you find yourself challenged not just physically but emotionally and mentally. In this uphill climb, you feel overwhelmed by the circumstances but you're determined to not stop keeping on till you've reached its top to emerge victory.

Well, life is not a bad of roses. The storms of life often come during these challenging times to further dampen the situation. The devil lies beneath you in the low valley, waiting to get its hands on you, to bind you, to control you and to enslave you like the way it once had. Just consider how many conseded to his devilish control, and gave up the dreams and desires that they once had burning strong in their soul...what's left are mere dry bones that have no sign of life in them.

Faced with the immerse pressures of life, our true character and our true self begin to surface and show. They surface so that we can deal with it, in the light! We now have to decide whether we would change or slide back in the path of destruction.

None of us have attained. And none of us are perfect...

We get discouraged from time to time, we fail and make mistakes from time to time. I guess by our own strength, non of us would ever be able to reach heaven's gate in comparision with Jesus' flawless standard. But our God's a merciful Father! He covers us with Christ's blood and set us free from any baggages that the devil has placed on us. He lessen our burdens so we can continue to mount the summit, in total obedience and submission to His sovereign will. He whispers into our ears to tell us to hang on to our dreams and keep keeping on!

What greets you on the summit when you arrived is the breath-taking scenery. You get to see what the faint-hearted can't. Your vision is enlarged and you could see beyond what you naturally would. Than the cool breeze of heaven's wind comes to refresh your weary soul. You feel closer to God than you could ever had if you had remained at the foot of the mountain. You're not just imagining how nice things would be on top, you're actually living your dream and experiencing it first hand! No wonder Moses could stay up there for 40days, just simply satisfied with the presence of God.

Arise, climb and change the pages of tomorrow's history!

Yet when we're young, though we can't do everything...we can always do something!

I'm standing on the summit of this small mountain of my life, im just happy that my life is now right with God, satisfied with His presence..excited at how my life would turn out now that I'm walking with Christ.

Life can be an adventure with Chirst!
Looking forward to another climb with God!
